General Information
The Credentials and Registration Committees will provide services at the York Expo and Convention Center Memorial Hall as noted:
Saturday, June 19, 2010 2:00 PM - 5:00PM
Sunday, June 20, 2010 -following divine service for a period of three hours
Monday, June 21, 2010 - 7:30AM -10:30AM * 1:00PM to
2:00PM if there is an afternoon meeting and 5:00PM to 7:00 PM
Out of State Only -1:00PM to 7:00PM
Tuesday. June 22, 2010- 7:00AM to 9:00AM and 1 hour immediately following close
of elections
Wednesday, June 23, 2010 - 8:00AM to 10:00 AM
A Registration Fee of $15.00 shall be charged to ALL who attend any or all of the Grand Chapter Sessions, including "Out of State" Visitors. A CURRENT signed dues card MUST be presented at the registration desk where you will receive your registration card that MUST be presented for admittance to all Sessions. FIFTY -YEAR MEMBERS attending ONLY the special program in their honor will be given a Special Admittance Badge and do not need to pre-register
VENDORS - Memorial Hall West (enter from hallway outside the Grand Chapter room; no entrance from the Banquet Room) Saturday12:00 PM-6:30PM, Sunday 10:30AM - 6:00PM, Monday & Tuesday 8:AM - 6:00PM and Wednesday 8:00 AM - 3:00PM
Attention Out of State Visitors
Attendees will make their own hotel reservations. One night complimentary housing shall be provided for the following: Past Most Worthy Grand Matrons and Past Most Worthy Grand Patrons (once during the triennium), Visiting General Grand Chapter Appointments (once during the triennium, providing their Grand Jurisdiction reciprocates) and Visiting Worthy Grand Matrons and Worthy Grand Patrons (providing their Grand Jurisdictions reciprocates).
